Cookies N’ Creme Protein Balls

I’m reluctantly posting this recipe because I’m not 100% satisfied with it. I really think it has room for improvement and by all means if you have a suggestion as to how to make it better, please let me know!!!

Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup almond butter
– 1 scoop cookies n’ creme protein powder ( I used Plant Fusion)
– 1 tbsp maca powder
– 1 tbsp coconut flour
– 1 tbsp almond milk
– 2 tbsp cacao nibs
– 2 tbsp chia seeds

Combine all of the ingredients into a food processor, roll into tablespoon size balls (or larger if you please- pretty sure a few of mine varied) and stick ’em in the fridge or freezer!

My batch made about 10 balls but it all depends on the size you choose to make them.

Again, any suggestions are welcome!!! 🙂

    Where do u find cacao nibs and Maca powder? I’m definitely trying these, maybe this weekend! I’ve been so busy preparing for finals.

    • I know, this is definitely a busy time of year!! What are you studying? You can buy the nibs & maca at any health food store usually. The last two bags I bought were from Amazon. If you have prime shipping, you can’t beat it!! Way cheaper!!!
